Birmingham, Ala.-  William Carey University men's and women's track & field got their inaugural season underway on Saturday as they competed in the 2013 Southern Invitational hosted by Birmingham Southern College.

LAWRENCE, Kan. Oklahoma City University finished 16th overall in its first appearance in the NAIA Championships Saturday at Rim Rock Farm. The Stars, ranked No. 16 in NAIA women's cross country, completed the five-kilometer race with 401 team points and finished six points behind No. 18 Milligan (Tenn.).
