Oklahoma City University's Mackenzie Wahpepah-Harris notched a first-place finish in the Kansas Relays Friday at Rock Chalk Park.Wahpepah-Harris, a sophomore from Norman, Okla., finished first in the 1,500 meter run with a personal best time of three minutes, 50.26 seconds and qualified for an A standard.
