Zouhair Talbi, a former Oklahoma City standout representing Morocco, won the men's 10,000 meters in 27:49.08 at the Sound Running Track Meet at JSerra High in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. Talbi covered the final lap in 59 seconds to rally past Australian Brett Robinson, who clocked 27:51.51.
