FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. Max McNeill of Oklahoma City University took second in the men's mile at the Arkansas Qualifiers on Saturday, finishing the race in four minutes and 22.40 seconds. Also notching a top-five finish for the Stars was Joseph Engel, a freshman from Oklahoma City. Engel took fourth in the men's 1,000-meter race with a final time of 4:40.61.
