OKLAHOMA CITY Michaela Werner from Oklahoma City University took runner-up in the half marathon of the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon on Sunday. Werner, a sophomore from Grove, Okla., completed the 13.1 miles in 1 hour, 25 minutes, 59 seconds to finish second in the race for the second year in a row. Ashley Miller of Oklahoma City won the women's half marathon Sunday with a time of 1:23:17.
