FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. Oklahoma City University took runner-up in the women's college division of the Chile Pepper Festival on Saturday at Agri Park.Sara Moore, a sophomore from Omagh, Ireland, provided OCU, ranked 18th in NAIA women's cross country, with a 57th overall placing.
